  • Constitution of Research Advisory Committee (RAC) as proposed for each faculty:
    1. 1. Convener: Allocated Recognized Supervisor of the Student;
    2. 2. Members: Two Senior Faculty Members concerned with the Subject/Broad Subject Area/Discipline/Ph.D. Topic, etc., whichever is applicable.

    A convener of one RAC may function as a member in another RAC as and when required and vice-versa.

  • Constitution of Doctoral Research Committee (DRC) at University Level:
    1. 1. Dean-Research
    2. 2. Dean of concerned Faculty
    3. 3. Allocated Recognized Supervisor(s) – the Convener of RAC
    4. 4. Members of concerned Research Advisory Committee (RAC)
    5. 5. Ph.D. Scholar/Candidate/Student

    (Dean – Research and the Dean of concerned faculty may also work as Allocated Recognized Supervisors)
